Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
dash of salt
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Directions:
Line 7x11 pan with foil. Put the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Mix till well blended. Add Rice Krispies, and stir till all is mixed well. Put in foil lined pan and pat with back of a spoon till it is all flat. Place in refrigerator and cool.

The Icing...
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan; then add the other ingredients and mix well. Ice the Peanut Crisp Bars with this mixture. Cool again. When everything is set up well cut into small bars. They keep best in the refrigerator.
