Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts halves, skinned and boned
8 (4") slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix crushed ( Pepperidge Farm
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine: stir well. Spoon evenly over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs: bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
