April's grandma Heckley used to bake these big sugar cookies.
Ingredients
Cream together:
2 C oil
3 C sugar
4 eggs
Add:
2 C buttermilk
6 C flour
2 T baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet. Drop 1/4 C batter for each cookie. Sprinkle with sugar and/or cinnamon. Bake @ 350 10-12 min. until brown around the edges.
