Fusco Family Recipe... another one from Nana FuFu
1 lb. chicken breasts, dip & coat them in flour & salt, repeat flouring process again then, beat 2 eggs with a drop of water added and dip chicken in eggs. Saute lightly in oil & butter. After frying put in paper towel lined dish, drain. When all the breasts are fried put them back in pan to which you add white wine, lemon jucie and parsley. Simmer on low heat till flavors cook in.
