Ingredients:
1 Cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup of pecans- finely chopped
Directions:
Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla together in mixer. Stir in flour, salt and nuts into the mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set about 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar, cool and roll again.
